Split Baby Bits is an electronic collection of kooky beat-based tracks that were originally composed to be performed live with a full band jamming over top. These were the days of Zirco Reshife playing small holes in the wall among the dark cracks of southern Ontario.
Most of these tracks were then performed as a solo act (creature + keyboard) with lyrics.
And now, the final incarnation of these tracks are these independently mixed versions spiced with the samplings of many different children that were within grabbing range of a microphone.
"Split" represents all the random avenues this album has traveled and "Baby Bits" represents all the little voices heard thru the album that act as lyrics.
